What is Horizontal Life Line?
A horizontal lifeline is a rope-based safety system designed to protect workers from falls while they are working at height. It’s essentially a cable or rail that is securely attached to two or more anchor points on a structure, such as a rooftop, crane, or bridge. This creates a continuous line of protection along which workers can move safely while connected to the lifeline with a personal fall arrest system.
